Retry Delay is the amount of time (in ms), the Phantom waits before retrying the carting and checkout process. Note: (1000 ms = 1 second)
Error delay is the amount of time Phantom waits after receiving an error any where in the product location/cart/checkout process.
Delays depend on proxy numbers/speeds, the more proxies you have, the lower the delay, the less proxies you have, the higher the delay. As low delays lead to faster bans, it's not always in your best interest to run a low delay. Faster proxy speeds also lead to quicker bans.
Recommended Delays:
(NOTE: all of these sites require unbanned proxies to run at the recommended delays. If you are not using proxies, use a higher delay.)

Adidas - mid to high, around 5000 ms. Delay depends on the quantity of proxies you have, thus anywhere from 3500 - 7500 ms based on your number of proxies.
Finish Line - low to mid, sub 5000 ms. Delay depends on the quantity of proxies you have, thus anywhere from 2500 - 5000 ms based on your number of proxies.
Mr. Porter - high, they drop randomly and ban easily, over 5000 ms.
FootPatrol - low to mid, sub 2500 ms. Delay depends on the quantity of proxies you have, thus anywhere from 0 - 2500 ms based on your number of proxies.
YME Universe - low to mid, sub 2500 ms. Delay depends on the quantity of proxies you have, thus anywhere from 0 - 2500 ms based on your number of proxies.
Jimmy Jazz - mid to high, 4500 - 500 ms. Delay depends on the quantity of proxies you have, thus anywhere from 4500 - 7500 ms based on your number of proxies.
