Q: I'm new and have some general questions, where do I start?

Q: Which sites do I need to generate cookies manually for?
A: Yeezy Supply (will be referred to as YS throughout the rest of the FAQ) and Adidas.
Q: How do I generate cookies for YS?
A: Follow this guide. You can use BP Proxy Switcher or a VPN chrome extension to change IPs after reaching the generation limit. You can tell you’ve reached the limit on your current IP when you get “Session expired. Please try again” upon trying to add an item to cart (you can get about 10-12 cookies per IP at best). Aim to generate cookies within 24 hours of drop time, else you may run into errors carting and/or checking out.
Q: Why does it say “NaN” in the cookie harvester extension?
A: Minor bug, you can view the actual count for each site in the “Cookie Harvester” tab on the bot's "View Tasks" tab.
Q: Anything else I need to know for running YS?
A: Yes, you need to sign into a Google account in the “Captcha manager” tab on the Tasks page. If you’re able to sign in and you can see your email address in the top right, you’ve done it successfully (see the image below) and don’t need to do anything further. You’ll want to use a Google account with a high Recaptcha v3 score - see this article for more details. Note that you don’t need to sign into the "Open Captcha" tab, it’s only used for sites without Recaptcha V3 (Dicks, Supreme).
Q: When do I start YS/Adidas tasks?
A:Start when waiting room opens/sale starts (watch the message at the top of the waiting room to say “Sale has started” or wait for a notification from us).
Q: Can I run YS on a server if the server IP is banned?
A: As long as you can sign into Google via the "Captcha manager" tab, yes. Keep in mind that the server IP may negatively influence your Recaptcha v3 score (see here), so you can set a proxy to use for signing in. Additionally, you will need to either import previously generated cookies, or channel cookies directly into the bot by using the cookie harvester extension on a machine whose IP is not banned on YS. As long as you are logged into the extension (see image and ignore the Ghost status), the cookies will go straight into the bot, even though the extension and the bot are on different machines.
Q: I get an error when trying to sign into the Captcha Manager or Open Captcha tab, why?
A: If you encounter the “can’t sign you in” error, try enabling sign in from less secure apps on that account, as well as trying other Google accounts if that doesn’t fix it. Additionally, follow the “Deleting the Partitions Folder” guide at the bottom of this page to reset your Google logins and try again.
Q: What sites can I purchase multiple pairs on?
A: Footsites - When purchasing off the same Footsite, you need a different card per each pair you check out, or your order will "ghost" or not go through. Often times though, you will get Payment Verification when purchasing with similar information across multiple orders.
Finish Line/JD Sports - You can use the same card for multiple orders, but it is beneficial to avoid cancellations by using different information for each order.
Hibbett Sports - You can use the same card for multiple orders, but it is beneficial to avoid cancellations by using different information for each order.
Dicks - You can use the same card for multiple orders, but it is beneficial to avoid cancellations by using different information for each order.
YS/Adidas - You need unique information for each order.
Supreme - You need unique information for each order.
Q: I ran YS but all of my tasks stayed on “Still in Splash” or “Getting Splash,” why?
A: This is based on your Recaptcha V3 score, if you have a low score you are less likely to pass splash. If you were definitely logged into a Google account in the "Captcha manager" tab, follow the “Deleting the Partitions Folder” guide at the bottom of this page to reset your Google logins, and then re-login shortly before the next YS/Adidas drop.
Q: How do I delete all of my profiles at once?
A: First, close the bot if you have it open. Then, if on Windows, go to C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\phantom and delete ProfileManager.json. If on Mac, go to ~/Library/Application Support/phantom and delete ProfileManager.json.

Q: I get “License activated on another machine” when opening the bot?

Q: How long do I have to renew after my key expires?
A: 7 days. If you fail to renew within this time frame, your key will be terminated. Renewing will add 180 days onto the expiration date of your license.
Q: Can I unbind Phantom from my Discord?
